At Dialsmith, we respect the privacy of our clients and their customers.

We do not disclose any personally identifiable information about survey respondents to third parties, except in reporting the survey responses to our clients or as required by law or legal process. Personally identifiable information means information that individually identifies you, such as your name, address, email address or social security number.


What Kind of Information Does Dialsmith Collect?

Dialsmith collects a wide range of information about respondents, depending on the information needs. Generally, Dialsmith surveys may request certain personal, identifiable, financial or demographic information and respondents' specific opinions about a variety of goods and services, among other things. Such information is voluntarily provided and the respondent may decline to answer any question.


What Does Dialsmith Do With Respondent Information?

Dialsmith reports information (demographic data, etc.) gathered during surveys to clients. Dialsmith does not disclose a respondent's personal, identifiable information to any clients other than the commissioner of the research.

We use advanced technology and information management techniques to implement security, audit, and control programs designed to protect respondent data. In addition, we protect the privacy of information sent to and from our web sites and use specific controls designed to identify and authenticate all our online clients and prevent and detect unauthorized access to our web sites.
